It's a running joke with me about how often I get called for jury duty. It's at least once a year. Well, that is except for that year of reprieve due to Covid. I was never called in 2020 but I was back in the pool last year in 2021.
So not that long ago I received a questionnaire from Potter County. I knew once I filled it in and submitted it I was on the clock. I knew it was only a matter of time until I would get that jury summons.
It was just earlier this month when I received the questionnaire from Potter County for Jury Duty. I filled it out. It was online. Simple. Just a few questions. I knew it was just a matter of time before I would receive a summons. I see you Potter County. I know how you work.
Nothing has been worse than seeing everything that we loved last year get cancelled. We get it. We were living through a freaking pandemic. Who knew that was going to be a year in the making.
Just because we are in the middle of a pandemic doesn't mean that things slow down for anyone. There are still people that need our help. That is why Potter County Sheriff's Office figured out a way to continue to have a cookout. They have this one every year to help out one of their own
