Here is what will be closed for Veteran's Day in Amarillo when it comes to the City.

Veteran's Day is a day set aside to celebrate all those men and women who have served our country and protected our freedoms. It's a day full of fun events and freebies for all of our Veterans.

With Halloween coming and going last week, you would think that would end the season for the pumpkin patches and farms in the area. If you are a smart business you find a way to keep the fun going.

The parade will be this Saturday, November 6.

This Saturday (11/14) there will be a bike run held in Amarillo that will benefit the homeless Veterans living in Amarillo.

Once again Amarillo Bubba's 33 salutes our veterans and active military with a complimentary free meal to celebrate their bravery and duty to America.

To celebrate and honor our veterans, Quick Quack Car Wash will be giving veterans a free car wash.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for the Amarillo area from Sunday night through Monday morning.
