Taquitos are Going to Roll Soon Here in Amarillo

Good news Amarillo. Roll Em Up Taquito has an official opening date. That is important because I have been watching this on Facebook for a while. They started by talking we were getting one.

Then they let us know the location. Then the managers were hired and trained. Then work began on the actual property. It went from looking like The Catch to Roll Em Up. Now they even have an official sign. So we are close.

One was being added here in Amarillo and one in Garland. The one in Garland is set to open in just a few days. Then they can fully concentrate on Amarillo. They are in the hiring process.

So if you are looking for a job and think your rolling skills are a step above the rest. This may be a great place to start. I feel the perks will be great. I mean taquitos. Need I say more?

Who is ready for taquitos? If you are like me I was sucked in when I started following their posts the food looks fabulous. I have never been to a Roll Em Up but the fact that they are really close to work could be dangerous for me.

So it is safe to say I am all in. October just can't get her fast enough. Their official opening date, barring any setbacks, is October 10th. A reason to celebrate on that Monday? Of course, who isn't ready?
