Excuse me while I wipe the drool from my mouth.
I'm ready for Girl Scout cookie season because my son found my Thin Mint stash that I had buried in the freezer, and he ATE them all!
Don't forget when you purchase Girl Scout Cookies, you are helping out an amazing group of girls. According to Stephanie Pena,
Girl sell cookies to use their profit for camp, a community service project their troop is doing, for a troop trip, or at the Girl Scout Store. This is each girl’s Cookie Business. They set a goal of how many cookies they want to sell for whatever their plan is to use the profit. They place the order, and they make the sell. They are responsible to create change for purchases to help with math skills. Every detail of “their business” is their responsibility. We are creating future women business leaders.
If you're looking for these delicious cookies, just pay attention as you are driving, 9 times out of 10 you'll find a car parked in a parking lot that had Girl Scout Cookies shoe polished on it and people standing by their open trunk with boxes of cookies. You could just ask around at work, because I'm sure someone has a daughter or granddaughter selling them. Girl Scouts also have links to where you can buy online and get them delivered or direct ship. Or you can use the cool Cookie Finder App downloadable from the Apple Store or Google Play.
