TSA Agents Try to Screen Passenger After Getting Off a Plane

A man flying into Denver was stopped by TSA agents when he was exiting his flight.  The agents claimed that he didn't complete his screening processes before boarding the plane and that they needed to screen him.  The man refused.  Here's the video.

So this could be a bit fishy, why would there be a need to film him being screened before he got on a flight?  I'm not sure, I'll let you be the judge.
