Warm Up this Weekend at the Make-A-Wish Chili Cookoff
The Make-A-Wish Chili Cookoff or the Tri-State Chili Championship has been a tradition in Amarillo for decades. It's happening this weekend and what goes with a cold, snow and wet day? Chili!!! Are you ready for some delicious chili? Then make plans to indulge this Saturday.
WHAT: Tri-State Open Chili Championship a.k.a the Make-A-Wish Chili Cook Off
WHEN: Saturday, January 14th, Doors open at 11am and is open til the chili runs out
WHERE: Rex Baxter Building on the Tri-State Fair Grounds
COST: The purchase of a cup for all the chili tasting
Live Entertainment, a silent auction and all proceeds benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
The event is open to all ages.
Plus, if you have a really great chili recipe and you would like to compete you can do that also. Here’s the details:

Turn in at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 14, 2017
