We Have Something To Look Forward To On Monday
OK so maybe you do not have a Valentine this year. Maybe you haven't in a while. If you are like me you are really OK with that.
I mean you can spend Sunday evening at home. It's going to be cold this weekend so that is a win in my book. Or you can spend Sunday wherever you want. You can do what you want. You can get takeout from anywhere and avoid the crowds.
You don't have to waste any money proving to someone that you love them. I mean it's one day right? You know that you won't be getting any deliveries this weekend. Again, if you are like me you again are OK with it. You don't have to pretend you like those chocolate covered cherries when you obviously don't.
You also don't have to send a text thanking someone for those flowers you know will die in a couple days. Don't get me wrong, I like flowers. I would just rather get them just because.....not because someone feels obligated because they feel that they have to.
I am not about that at all.
What am I about? The fact that on Monday.....I can go anywhere and get a GREAT deal on chocolate! We can stop by Walgreens, Walmart, United, the options are endless. Everywhere it will be at least 50% off. So let's just get through the weekend and rejoice in the fact that we can buy our own chocolate and not have to worry about all that other nonsense. Monday is that day that everything will be on sale.
We have A LOT to be thankful for....don't we?
