Where You Can Have A Big Time In The Small Town For Christmas
The holiday season is officially upon us. There will be lights, shopping, photos of screaming children sitting on the lap of a cosplaying old man, and festivals.
Here are the small towns where you can have a big time for Christmas.
Sunray Lions Christmas Parade, Dec 5
Sunray will be having their annual lighted Christmas parade on Dec 5. The parade will kick off at dusk.
After the parade, Santa will flip the switch, so to speak, and light the Christmas tree signifying the start of the season. Santa will then be available for photos at the fire station.

Pampa Parade Of Lights, Dec 9, Celebration Of Lights 2022
On Dec 9, Pampa will be having their parade of lights. You'll be able to spend the evening watching the lit up parade floats and sipping hot cocoa; all while lining the iconic brick streets of Pampa, Tx.
The event is set to kick off at 6:30 PM.

This isn't the only event in Pampa. Pampa goes all out for the holidays. Check out their Celebration of Lights. There are several events lined up; from a fun run/walk to live reindeer in the park, Pampa really knows how to get into the holiday spirit.
Borger's Hometown Christmas
Borger goes all out with their Hometown Christmas. There's live music, a parade, car show, photo ops; and that's just scratching the surface.
This is an excellent opportunity to experience the small town charm of Borger. The fire department is roasting marshmallows for the kids, Santa will be available for photos, and there's going to be a lot of food and shopping available.
It kicks off on Dec 2. You can find out more by following this link.
Canyon's "Christmas In Canyon" Dec 3
If you're from the area, you're probably very familiar with Christmas in Canyon. You have to hand it to Amarillo's neighbors to the south; they really know how to throw a party.
There will be the parade of lights this year, chances to see Santa and get your photos taken care of, and this year there is a big surprise.
Let's just say they're making up for July 4 at this year's Christmas in Canyon.
