Amarillo Community Market Is Back. You Wanna Sell Some Stuff?
The warmer weather this week has given us a bit of a tease of what's to come.
All the different outdoor events, hanging out at the lake. It's all entered our mind this week.
Well it's a perfect time then to start thinking about the Amarillo Community Market!
Now I don't want to get you TOO excited about it opening. We're still a good three months away from getting to experience the fun.
June 11th is the kickoff day and it will be open every Saturday from then until September 10th. It'll be held on the grounds of Historic Bivins Home on Polk St. Hours will be 8:30am-12:30pm.
If you've never been, it's a fun farmers market type of event where you can buy up locally grown produce, different types of craft food, artisan type of stuff and see some creative stuff from local talent.
If you're one of these types of people, and you'd like to get yourself a booth to sell or showcase your talents, you need to apply. Food vendors and arts & crafts vendors are being called on to fill out their application for the upcoming season.
There is a fee to submit an application and the amount depends on whether or not you're a new vendor or returning vendor. The fees can be found by clicking here.
Once you've reviewed all the fees and you're ready to go, you can fill out the application by going to the Amarillo Community Market application page.
Hope to see you out there and buy up some of your stuff!
