Amarillo Reads Returns to the Amarillo Public Library This Summer

How would you like to keep the kids learning this Summer.  When they aren't in school they don't want to have to worry about doing school things, but reading isn't just about school, it's about adventure.  Here's the perfect opportunity to keep the kids reading this Summer.  Sign them up for Amarillo Reads at the Amarillo Public Library.

Starting today, just stop by your favorite branch of the Amarillo Public Library and get signed up for Amarillo Reads.

Amarillo Reads just isn't for kids, it's for all ages.  So you as the parent or grandparent can sign up to take part as well.

So here's how Amarillo Reads works:

Stop by any branch of the library and sign up.  You'll be given a calendar for Amarillo Reads.

For every 10 days you read you'll receive a prize, up to 3 prizes, and at the end of the summer you'll get an big prize if you hit your goal.

The final prize for kids is a new book. Teenagers and adults receive a voucher to use at the Friends of the Amarillo Public library book sale.
