Who is ready for a big party? When I say big party here in Amarillo one that may come to mind is the Harley Party. It is put on every, well almost every year, to support Family Support Services. Of course last year they were not able to go on. The party had to be cancelled.

What happens after a cancellation like that? A bigger and better party this year. I feel like we are up for it Amarillo. Family Support Services announced yesterday that they are back. Only the location has changed.

Usually the Harley Party happens in July in Downtown Amarillo. Well the dates are still the same but they are moving the location. They want to make sure we are up to par with social distancing and all that so they have also decided to change their location to the Tri State Fairgrounds. Again this is a great idea because they have plenty of room to spread out.

According to their Facebook post:

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
The Original Harley Party is back!
We are currently looking for sponsors, food and beverage vendors and cook teams, volunteers, and vendor booths. Please email jcampbell@fss-ama.org for information. Tickets go on sale soon. We are all so excited to bring this great event back for 2021!

Remember as always, when tickets go on sale, that one ticket gets two people in the gate. You will get food, fun and entertainment. Oh and a chance to win a Harley. I mean that is where the name Harley Party comes into play. As always it will be a reverse drawing and last person standing wins the bike.
This is one of those big summer parties here in Amarillo. Mark it on your calendar now.
