It has been a really long couple of year. We dealt with a pandemic. We learned how to live through that. The one thing I can't learn to live with is when someplace takes away my favorite meal.
There has been a steady decline of restaurants on the Square in Canyon. Luckily when one closes it makes it easier for another one to open. This is the case for a new Italian restaurant.
Have you noticed as you drive around Amarillo that there have been some changes? We have had a lot of new restaurants move into Amarillo. We are big in wanting to try new places. Oh, Amarillo has stepped up.
I'm not saying that new housing developments are bad. I just got a giggle out of hearing that "affordable" in Amarillo starts "as low as $1,200 a month."
