This Amarillo food truck has a new location and is ready to open back up!

Yes, you read that correctly. Taco Bell locations around Amarillo will be handing out free Doritos Locos tacos on Wednesday!

There is an obvious disconnect between Texas and Florida. We don't ever throw Mexican food at someone else. Great Mexican food is never wasted in the Lone Star state. We enjoy our enchiladas. Flaunt our fajitas. Take up with our tacos.

I, on occasion, enjoy a taco. It is the crunchy goodness that just makes them perfect. However, that same crunchy goodness is the same thing that makes them on the messy side. With that said,  I was recently introduced to a new way to make a taco.
