Things I Have Used to Help My Fitness Goals For New Year

So we have all heard the new year new you talk. This is the time of year many have made their New Year's Resolutions to try to do better and get either fit or just a little on the healthier side.
Now we have a "Biggest Loser" competition every year at work and for the past 3 years I have finished in 1st place. Though, I am not a fitness expert but I do play one one the radio. I do have some products that have helped me to become a bit healthier.
We all know that a great way to get healthier is to drink A LOT of water. Sometimes you need something that tastes a little better. THESE are great. They are just crystallized fruit so NO sugar, NO calories. It just makes your water taste like fruit. It's not overpowering. It's is like squeezing a wedge of lime or lemon in the water. It will definitely help you drink more water.
Do you have a Fitbit? THIS is the one I have. I love it because it motivates me to move more. I have friends who challenge me to work-week challenges. Anything that gets me moving more is a plus. It tracks my steps, it tracks my heartbeat. Oh and I love it's alarm clock feature. It vibrates to wake me up in the morning. So no blaring noises. Oh and speaking of sleep it monitors that too because you can't be healthy and not getting any sleep. So I do love my Fitbit Versa.
Of course eating healthy is the surest way to lose weight. Why not make it easier on you by bringing a healthy meal with you to work? Spend time on the weekend meal prepping and use THESE to easily bring your food with you. They are reusable and microwave safe. Plus the separate compartments make it easy to make sure you have your protein and veggies all together.
Of course you will want to keep track of your success. It's time to upgrade from your old scale to one that you can sync with your Fitbit or Apple Watch. When you weigh in and monitor you will have a lot more success.Check out THIS scale.
Again drinking water is highly important. Here is another product that I love and helps me drink more water on the daily. Better Stevia has many flavors. It has zero calories as well. Coconut has been my favorite so far. So here is to drinking more water in 2020. Just a few drops in your water is all it takes. This bottle will last for a VERY long time.
Of course what list would be complete without including the Instant Pot? If you do not own one it is a game changer. It will make your food prepping so much easier. You can join a Facebook group that will help you come up with so many recipes. I use it all the time to food prep and to make yogurt. That is my go to snack. It is so much better for you if you make it homemade. You can control what is in it. Basically just milk and then after made you can add whatever fruit toppings. The Instant Pot is needed.
Sometimes it is really hard to pass up the fried foods. What if you can still make fried food but make it healthier? You can with an Air Fryer. No oil is needed and everything you put in it comes out crispy. You can still lose weight, eat healthy and have your fried foods.
