Include Healthy Proteins For a Healthy You
Protein is very important to have in your diet....but what is protein? It's is a macronutrient that is important to fueling your entire body.
Because of protein our brains work better, our bodies feel amazing and we are able to fight off those cravings easier. If there is any way to boost your energy just by the foods you eat....protein is the way to go.
Without enough protein in your diet you will feel tired, moody and will have the tendency to get sick more often.
So if you need some ideas of the healthy proteins you need for your diet....here are some great examples: skinless chicken or turkey, beans, fish and shellfish, nuts and seeds, eggs, pork loin, 90% (or leaner) ground beef.
