Lost Keys In Amarillo Stressed Me Out!

So every Friday I am asked what my weekend plans are! If the Bulls are out of town I actually have some time for myself. They were this weekend..so i did!

My mom asked what I was going to do. My response was whatever my daughter had planned for me. She is moving in March so I know I have a lot of plans with her. I’m good with helping!

She had asked me to fix her couch (her stolen couch but that is another great story). I went by after work to help her fix it! I stressed and worked on it over 2 hours before I asked a friend to help me.

He came over and helped me. Had I asked sooner I would have been done sooner! We finished and decided to reap the benefits and have dinner!

I drove my car to my house and headed to dinner at Bubba's in his truck. After a great dinner we headed back to my house and I couldn't find my keys. Now I know I had them when I dropped off my car so I didn't worry too much. I luckily have a spare key to my house. So I just grabbed that one.

Saturday morning I got up and emptied out my purse and my keys were not there. So I sent my friend a text to see if I left them in his truck. I did not.

Now is when panic struck me. I have a spare key to my house and car.....but my key to the radio station was on there too. I didn't have a spare key to work. I had no idea how I was going to get in Monday morning.

I'm usually one of the first ones to work in the morning. So that did worry me. I waited until Bubba's opened for the day and hoped and prayed they had them.

I called and they went to get a manager. I told them it was a set of keys with a couple Happy State Bank key chains. So they looked and guess what? They had them! So I left right then to pick them up.

I was so happy that when I got there and got my keys and as I was leaving the girl scouts were outside and even though I am on a diet.....I bought 4 boxes. I gave some to my daughter and the rest are in my freezer for a later date.
