Movie Night in Canyon This Friday

I mentioned earlier this week that the Junior Achievement will be finally having their movie night this Friday at the Amarillo Botanical Gardens. They will be showing Toy Story 4. The third time hopefully is the charm since it rained out two other times.

Nothing is better than sitting outside and watching a movie with the family. I noticed that Canyon feels the same way. If you can't make it to the one in Amarillo you can always head to Canyon instead. They are having their own movie night.

They will be showing "The Croods A New Age" starting at dusk on the Square in Canyon. So why not grab the family? You can bring some popcorn or any of your favorite snacks. Oh you will probably want a blanket or some chairs to sit on. I vote for the blanket so you can get all comfortable.

I really love the fact that our communities do fun stuff like this. After last years cancellation of pretty much everything it's been nice. It's nice to get the family back out and having the chance to enjoy ourselves again. It's been fun watching all the families take advantage of fun events like these again.

So as you are starting to think about what fun stuff your family can do this weekend you should add go see a movie to the list. You even have a choice of heading to Amarillo or heading to Canyon. Both events are free so definitely something to take advantage of for sure.
