As I got closer I thought to myself, "looks like a shredded up black garbage bag." As I came to the light to my horror I realized they were all birds.

When you think of pigeon, you think of those pesky little birds that sit on high lines or towers and cover your car in poop. That or if you're like me, when someone says pigeons, Goodfeathers from Animaniacs pops into my head. However, that's not the case, pigeons will be taking over Amarillo starting this Thursday.

Birds can fly, which is already cool enough, but that may be this cockatoo's second greatest trick.

When you think of a cat, you think of this cute cuddly fur ball that likes to curl up with you.  When I think of a cat, I think of that as well, because that describes my cat.  However, my cat has another side.  He is a serial killer.

When you have pets you find yourself in certain positions, whether it be an accident on the floor, or it might be a chewed up show, maybe the dogs played tug of war with a pillow.  Well I have pets, two dogs and a cat.  I don't have much trouble with the dogs anymore, but the cat is another story. My cat is a serial bird killer.

Birds are funny creatures, mainly because they're prone to unfortunate (and hilarious) haircuts. They also have a particular knack for jamming out to music, and they're pretty good at it, too! Remember that master beatboxer dubstep bird? That was just a measly intro to birdy talent.

Warning: our obsession with baby animals is unstoppable. Can you honestly blame us, though? We're already suckers for anything fuzzy and adorable, but when it comes in a tiny version, we're just sucked in automatically. Remember miniature puppies or itty bitty kittens? Our point exactly.
