The Safety of My Daughter Led Me to This Purchase

Amarillo is a great town. It really is. I felt it was a great city to raise my daughter.

As she has gotten older, though, there always ends up with new concerns. So it lead me to buying her a taser. Now there were many reasons behind this decision.

First, she asked me for one. So yes I felt it was a good decision. Let's face it some stories in the news about young girls and their safety have helped me get to this purchase as well.

I have not witnessed anything bad but I would rather her own one and not need it than to need one and not have it! Plain and simple.

She works a second job that requires her to be out late....so another reason. There are other contributing factors that I don't want to include.....like where she works or where the location is. I, just as a mom, want her to have the safety precautions she needs.

Do I still feel that Amarillo is a great place to raise a family? I do! Will I still protect my child any way I can? I will! So kudos to her for wanting to work and finding a job she likes....but also knowing that she needs some protection!
