A smile can also help get you promoted at work. Studies have been done and show that employers tend to promote people who smile more often. One big reason is that smiling shows your boss that you are easy to work with. Who doesn't want to be known for that?
Smiling can also reduce your blood pressure. When you are smiling it helps to release endorphins and that can lift your mood and lower your blood pressure.
So as you are leaving for work or school everyday make sure that smile is on and ready to go.
