Smiling is an important thing to be able to do. I mean who doesn't want a smiling face greeting you. Even with a mask on people can still tell if you are smiling. It’s just another thing we had to learn in 2020. It doesn't matter if it is at work, school or wherever a smile is one of the most important things to put on in the morning.
Have you been taking the time to go to the dentist like you are supposed to? Do you go every six months? How about during this Pandemic. Have you made sure you kept your mouth health up to par?
I know it seems why should we bother smiling this year. The year 2020 has been challenging for a lot of people. There have been lost jobs, lost opportunities, missed celebrations, just a lot has gone on.
With the way that 2020 has gone so far it is really tough to be excited about a lot of things. The world sometimes just seems like it is going crazy. Now more than ever we have to put on a happy face.
Happiness really is the key to life. Leading a fun and healthy life starts with just being a bit on the happy side. It seems with all that 2020 has thrown at us so far that finding that happiness is a little more challenging.
I get it. There has not been a whole lot to be happy about in 2020. We just have to try. We need to get past all this and on to how things should be. The normal part of life again. Sometimes we just need to fake that smile until it's real.
Can you actually wake up on the right side of the bed? Or the wrong? Is that even a thing. I mean if you wake up all refreshed and happy than you woke up on the right side. If you wake up all groggy and cranky than you, my friend, woke up on the wrong side. Is that a thing?
Of course this is the real world and we know that junk food is not good for us. Not good for our bodies. Not good for our brains. We need to cut out as much as we possibly can. It seems during this pandemic we easily have more junk food at the house.
I feel like I am an open book. I mean you want to know what I am feeling well just look at my facial expressions. If I am happy you will know it by that smile on my face. I'm not so happy? Well that smile will be gone.
How often do you give someone a compliment? Most of the time just a simple "I like your shirt." or "Hey you did great leading that meeting today." Something that just acknowledges that person.
