So some weeks are just worse than others. Some days we can deal with the stress and sometimes we just need to walk away a bit and recharge. It is always good to deal with stress head on. I mean you don't want to bottle it up because at some point you will just explode. Nobody needs that.

So how are some ways that you can relieve the stress that you are feeling. First of all you need to recognize that stress is causing you issues. Admitting it is the first step. So now that you have before you run away screaming...try something.

Try unplugging from the rest of the world. Sometimes just taking a break from social media and the television can return you to the simpler times. You may start to feel the weight of the world lift away. Try it for a few days and see what a difference it can make.

Get outside. Nothing feels better than the sun shining on your face. Take the family out to Palo Duro Canyon for the afternoon. A little Vitamin D therapy can help a lot. If you only have an hour or two to spare than just take the dogs out to Medi Park. They will love the trip too.

Speaking of your pets they can really help you through a lot. You take care of them but they return the favor by providing you with unconditional love. So when you have a bad day and feel all stressed out make them part of your therapy. Spend some much needed time with them snuggling. They will help alleviate your anxiety and even help you through some depression.
