Charity Event Brings Former Dallas Cowboys Players to Amarillo
Hey it's always a good time when you can be in the same room with three ex-Dallas Cowboys players. Oh and I am talking about names you will actually recognize. So I mean we got this going for Amarillo.
Heroes and Legends is the Name
When you have an event with a name like that you have to live up to it. I feel like they really did.
The Heroes and Legends "A Night Among Stars" is coming up on Tuesday, March 29th. It will be in the Grand Plaza of the Amarillo Civic Center.
The guests will be former professional football players, Ed "Too Tall" Jones, Danny White and Randy White of the Dallas Cowboys. How cool is that?
This is a fundraiser so if you get a ticket you will be helping out The Bridge. If you are not familiar with The Bridge here is what they do according to their website:
The Bridge is a comprehensive, child-focused program that offers a highly effective, one-stop approach to child abuse investigation allowing law enforcement, child protective services professionals, prosecutors and the medical and mental health communities, to work together to assist child victims in a collaborative and cohesive manner.
So you will be helping out a good cause. Your ticket will get you into the even to hear the three former Dallas Cowboys speak. There will be dinner and bar that is included in the purchase of your ticket. Dress for the event is business attire.
There will also be a silent auction where you can walk away with some really cool stuff. There will be autographed items, spa packages, tickets to events and much more. This event will be in person so you don't have to worry about logging into a Zoom meeting.
