I love to sleep...it really has to be my most favorite activity. Crawling in bed on a Friday night and knowing I don't have to have an alarm on in the morning is the best.

Now don't get your hopes up....I knew it seemed too good to be true. The research backs it up.

They say that people's brains, while they slept, could distinguish between different sounds...but our brain can't group them into any sort of sequence while we're sleeping. So whether you're listening to a foreign language or something in English, it's basically just gibberish.

So if you are trying to quit smoking or learn something new....you have to do it the old fashioned way. Take the steps to quit or to learn...don't expect a quick and easy fix,
