This may seem crazy but maybe, just maybe, you can lose weight just by taking off your shoes!

Can this be possible? There is apparently a science behind it.

It has to do with little bitty chemical particles that we come in contact with on a daily basis. These particles called "obesogens" mess with our hormones and actually promote fat growth in our tissues.

So if you take off your shoes you do not track so many in the house. Other things you can do to reduce your exposure is to vacuum more often. You can even avoid heating food up in plastic and try to eat organic foods that haven't been exposed to pesticides.

It's not clear how much weight you could lose BUT it's worth a try because let's face it....taking off your shoes seems like an easy thing to try. What do you think? Could this work? Comment below and let me know.
