Monsters are Taking Over the Amarillo Zoo
The Amarillo Zoo will be invaded by monsters next weekend and they need you.
Grab the family and come out to the Amarillo Zoo on Saturday, April 1st and celebrate April Fool's day with a monster.
WHAT: There be MONSTERS
WHEN: Saturday, April 1st, 1-3pm
WHERE: Amarillo Zoo, 24th & the Dumas Highway in Thompson Park
This monster stands 7 feet tall and is covered in long, stringy hair and hopefully decided to bathe before he makes his way into the zoo.
He's known as Bigfoot, Yeti and Sasquatch. He'll be hanging out at the Amarillo Zoo along with his other mythical friends.
Bring the kids out and let them meet a mermaid, see a Unicorn horn, a mouse that eats meat and howls at the moon, plus ginormous cave roaches. See the cast of Bigfoots foot, a giant toad, and more.
Come learn the truth and the not truths of some of these mythical creatures.
