I went shopping at Market Street over the weekend so I could get my Hatch Green Chile’s.

While I was there I was getting some more shopping done. I was looking for something different for dinner.

I came across their Plated section. I have ordered from them before but I love the fact that here we are....I can just run to Market Street to make a selection.

They have about 5 different varieties but the one I choose was the Thai Beef Lettuce Wraps.

It said 5 minutes prep time and 20 minutes to Cook. I was excited to give it a try. I like new recipes that I can learn. After I make it once I can go to the store to buy the ingredients and make it myself.....or I can continue to get the Plated kit. It's a decent price and I get my dinner and lunch the next day out of it. That is a win!

The kit comes with everything you need and an easy step by step set of instructions.

The process really was easy. I made the rice, diced a lot of veggies and browned the hamburger meat. Then all I had to do is put it all together. It was a success. I really did love this meal.

Doesn't that look good?

So much that yes I have it in the refrigerator here at the station and I can't wait to eat it for lunch too.

So if you like to cook and don't have a plan for dinner. You can run to United Supermarket or Market Street United and grab a Plated Meal kit.....I will say that they are a big seller. I ran to Market Street Friday night and they were out! I was talking to General Manager Matt Edwards, he said they were getting a new shipment in on Saturday. So I ran back by on Sunday. That is when I grabbed this kit and made it for dinner.
