TSA Confiscates Cupcake from Woman Before Boarding a Flight
Could a cupcake be dangerous? It could be according to the TSA. A Massachusetts woman was trying to board a plane in Las Vegas and she had a cupcake in a jar filled with icing and the TSA took it away and stated that it exceeded the amount of gel allowed in a carry-on.
I understand that the TSA does what they do to make flying safer. But seriously? A cupcake is a threat to national security.
TSA has a tendency of taking things too far sometimes.
I'd be willing to be there are some unhappy children in Massachusetts that didn't get a cupcake.
I guess the lesson learned here is if you are going to buy a cupcake in Las Vegas and they try to fly home, put it in your checked baggage or get ready to eat it at the security check point.
