Our phones are lifesavers. They really are. I don't know how many times I have to pick mine up just to help me through something. I mean if I can't find a certain location. There is our GPS to help us out.

I can't figure out a math problem there is the calculator right at our fingertips. I use that darn phone for everything. It wakes me up in the morning and sometimes I feel it keeps me up at night. I stay connected through work emails. I stay connected with my daughter in Dallas.

It is both a blessing and a curse. I think we blame our phones a lot more than we give it the credit it needs. I mean our screen time is so high so it must be causing us problems. The good news is that is not necessarily true.

There really is not connection between all that time we spend scrolling through Facebook or watching Tik Tok videos and how anxious or stressed we really feel. The fact is that you have to take the good with the bad.

Maybe we spend too time on it but imagine if you couldn't check your work emails on your phone. If you receive a lot on a daily basis I feel we would have more stress without the option to check. There is nothing worse for me than to not know what I am walking into each morning.

If I can't check things and have my phone I feel that would cause me more stress than the time I am on it actually causes. How do you feel? Is that phone more a blessing or a curse? Comment below.
