You get to the grocery store and you have a list of stuff you need. There are still things  you  inevitably grab and throw in your cart. Just because you want it!

Here is how to help with that!

First you already know. Plan out your meals, make a list and stick to it. Also, don't be afraid to get those frozen veggies and fruits. They are just as good for you.

Here is a not so obvious tip. If you want to save money and even eat healthier, the best way to do that is stick to the perimeter of the store. You need to avoid as many aisles as possible.

So all the fresh goods, like milk, eggs,cheese, bread and produce can all be found in the outer edge of the store. Most of the processed foods are in the aisles.

If you happen to need something from an aisle, go for it. Just make sure you always go back to the perimeter instead of going down the next aisle. You really will end up spending less money that way and not bringing home so much junk!
