How to Avoid the Cold and Flu Outbreak At Work
When I walked back into the building on Tuesday after vacation. I walked into a petri dish. People sneezing, coughing, hacking and who knows what else.
Lots of empty desks from calling in.
Yep, we passed the holiday season straight into the plague season. Everyone is sick.
Flu, pneumonia, bronchitis, colds. UGH.
So this season here is what you need to do during the cold and flu outbreak.

Wipe everything down with the Clorox wipes. EVERYTHING!
Walk up and down the hallway spraying the hallway and everything the infested touches.
When you hear the first sneeze or cough, start using Emergen-C. It is your defense against the nastiness.

with hot water and frequently! Even more frequently that you normally would. Lather, lather, lather, scrub, scrub, scrub.

I know there are some instances where you absolutely have to go to work, but, most of the time it's just our guilt of missing work and not getting stuff done. It will be there tomorrow or work from home.
Seriously, one person gets sick, another gets sick and it's a chain reaction and that's not good for you, your co-workers or your place of employment.

If you have that person in the office that still comes to work sick. Avoid them. Stay away from them and if you can't see #1.
