If You Need to Get Some Sleep Try Som Sleep
I have a hard time getting to sleep and definitely sleeping all night. I have tried everything: melatonin, Unisom, Essential Oils. You make it and I have probably tried it.
I found a product a bit ago and wrote a blog about it, Som Sleep. I had not, at the time, tried it. The company contacted me and wanted to send me some samples to try. Here is the thing, I haven't found anything that has really helped.
I got some of the regular Som Sleep and the sugar free variety. I brought them home and put in the fridge for my ventures later that evening. Now the can says to drink at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
I also read that it is best to try when you can allot 8 hours to sleep. I can't tell you the last time I slept 8 hours on a work night. I thought there is no way this is going to work. NONE!
I got home from a long day at work, drank a can of Som Sleep. I thought it would taste like an energy drink. It does not. It tastes pretty good. No carbonation and tastes like a juice.
So this was my first night. I slept 8 hours and 2 minutes. I thought maybe this was a fluke. So I decided I was going to test this out for 5 to see the outcome. You can tell that the days I tried Som Sleep I got over 7 hours of sleep. The nights without a star I didn't drink one for one reason or another. I didn't get at least 7 hours of sleep so they didn't give me a star! This stuff does work, at least for me.
I gave a few cans to a co-worker to see if it works for her and her husband as well. So I also have another opinion of others who have a hard time sleeping. After my co-worker tried it she said that she actually slept over 9 hours. Her husband, who usually only sleeps 5 hours....still only slept 5 hours. So it works for some of us.
If you want to try Som Sleep. You can purchase it at GNC, Amazon, or their website getsom.com
It is drug free and non-habit forming. Try it for yourself and tell me what you think!
