Dieting is SO hard to do...I mean we have some great food here in the Texas Panhandle...and plenty of it! Here are the 10 foods most likely to derail your diet!

This of course according to a recent survey but here are the top foods. Not surprising is that pizza tops that list. Followed by ice cream, french fries (oh yeah!), chocolate, cookies, cake, burgers, candy, cheese and bread.
