Have you ever woke up in the morning and just know you NEED that cup of coffee to get going. That is the only way you can make it through the day.

Well I am one of those that really doesn't need to drink coffee. I know! Annoying. I think I would love the caffeine but I feel that loading it down with cream to make it taste good....well it adds way too many calories.

I don't have time for that. I don't want to drink my calories. I really don't Oh and I can't stand the taste of black coffee. It is just too bitter.

What if I told you that you can have your coffee and NOT drink it too? Or and still get that jolt of energy that you are needing. Does that sound too good to be true?

Apparently according to a new study out of the University of Toronto all you really need to do is just LOOK at a cup of coffee in the morning. You don't need to drink it to reap the benefits.

Apparently this is all thanks to how our brains are wired. it is the psychological connection we have between drinking the actual coffee and being more alert. So those two things are actually so tied together that just looking at the coffee gets your brain to react.

You look at the coffee and your brain automatically perks up! Without all the added cream calories to make it taste better. I feel this is something I need to try? How about you? Do you think that could work?
