Here we are in October. The year of constant change that is 2020 has somehow found a way to make it this far. That, of course, means that the Holiday's are just around the corner. How will they be different this year?
How many stress free days can you honestly say that you have? If the answer is none don't worry (or stress about it) you are not alone. Stress is something that we can all agree comes with our lives.
I know it seems why should we bother smiling this year. The year 2020 has been challenging for a lot of people. There have been lost jobs, lost opportunities, missed celebrations, just a lot has gone on.

This has been quite the year. We started 2020 with so much hope. This was going to be our year. We were going to do things this year. We were going to try new things. Oh and we were going to reach those weight loss goals.
We already know a lot of health benefits of having a dog. I mean having a go to walk partner is great for you both. Having someone who loves you unconditionally when you get home from work....that is nice too.

So every July we head to Downtown Amarillo. Our goal is to win a new Harley and party the night away. The Harley Party for the Downtown Women's Center is a thing. I have been there a few years. Heck, supporting Family Support Services after the year they have had. We are all in.
It was a crazy couple of months for anyone who worked in the restaurant business. It still hasn't kicked back up full force. We still can only dine at fifty percent. That makes going out to eat sometimes tougher than we would like.
If I were to ask you about having a heart attack you would pass on that idea, right? I mean I am sure there are a lot more enjoyable things you would rather sign up to do. Well we can find a way to help us avoid it. We just have to do the work that is needed.
