Sleep like you have nothing else going on in your life.

According to a new study the key to looking good is going to bed and waking up at a very specific time. If you do, your sleep will match your body's natural rhythms and help you have clearer and better skin and brighter eyes.

You should be going to bed at 9:45 pm.

You should then wake up at 6:55 am.

So that means you will get a massive 9 hours and 10 minutes of sleep. But hey you will look better....even if you have NO time to do anything else!
