Beer can reduce the risk of developing kidney stones. There was a recent study that determined that one beer a day can lower your risk by 41%. If you ever had kidney stones you know how painful they can be. So you definitely want to avoid them at all cost.
If you have a strenuous workout in your future did you know that a beer can help replenish you? Really! The carbs in beer are good after you have just burned a ton of calories. A beer can actually be better than water when you are dehydrated.
If those aren't already good enough for you. Did you know that a beer is good for you bones? There was a study at the University of Texas and it found that an occasional beer can actually increase bone density.
There has also been some talk that having a beer or two could help in the prevention of Alzheimer's. Now this hasn't totally been proved yet but some research has shown that trace amounts of aluminum in our body has some kind of connection to Alzheimer's.
