I know it is so hard to stick with eating healthy. Sometimes driving through and ordering a combo is just so much easier than planning our lunches throughout the week at work. Sometimes we even run out of the house without a good healthy breakfast.

Can we admit that as we have more and more time at home the whole snacking thing has become an issue? Is it because our kitchen is so close? Maybe? Or is there something more to it?

So it's not enough that people get into relationships with people that are not their significant other. Now there is another way people are cheating.

So, I have never shied away from eating spicy things. I actually like spicy anything. I add jalapenos to almost everything I can. Either that or Hatch Green Chile's.

Here it is the afternoon and your stomach starts to rumble. You know you need something to get you through the rest of your day.

Looks like Warner Bros. is hoping they can replicate the success Columbia had with '21 Jump Street' with a small-to-big screen reboot of their own: the studio has hired Dax Shepard to write, direct, and star in a film version of the classic cop series 'CHiPS,' and he's bringing Michael Pena along for the ride.
