So as we are getting closer to the start of May and events coming back in full force it seems we need to fill up that calendar. Things are about to get hectic so the sooner we can make plans the better.

We get busy. We run in the store to get our groceries. We have the kids with us that we are keeping an eye on. They are reaching for a box of their favorite cereal. You are grabbing the oatmeal you need. Your purse where is it?

When my daughter comes to visit we always go on a shopping spree for groceries. I am a mom that wants to send her home with a refrigerator/freezer full. I know I don't have to but I am a mom. It's my job.

We have started carrying hand sanitizer with us a lot more than we used to. We may have a bottle at work. We may have another one in our purse. We have even started keeping some in the car. We want to make sure we are always prepared.

This can be especially helpful now that we are in the gift buying season.

So the good thing about the pandemic this year is that a lot of things have slowed down a bit. For some that is really good. We have been able to spend more time with our family.

Black Friday, Small Biz Saturday, rest on Sunday, Cyber Monday, and Giving Tuesday. It's a lot to remember.

I'm hoping that whatever the reason is, that the people involved are doing well.

Personally, I think they're great. The reasons why I love them have nothing to do with the pandemic.
