It is hard to escape the season without catching a cold. Even if it is just for a day or two those days can feel bad. You want relief as soon as you possibly can. You just want to feel better.
There are some nights that we just get that magical good night of sleep. Those seem to be few and far between. Those are the mornings that as our alarm goes off we can seem to jump out of bed and face the day.
