So we know that when we get exercise we really do feel so much better. Most of the time we experience that surge of energy and happiness right after we are done working out. We feel accomplished.
A lot of things that we have done in the past is not in our normal day in and day out these days. We can't go out and eat AT a restaurant. We have to bring it home. It's just how it is right now.
We are getting closer to being a month into our 2020 New Year's Resolutions. How are you still doing? Are you kicking butt in the New Year or have you hit some rough patches.
There is no surprise we really love our beer. There are so many different ones to try. It seems they are always coming out with ones that are good for us.
