So we know that when we get exercise we really do feel so much better. Most of the time we experience that surge of energy and happiness right after we are done working out. We feel accomplished.

Yes, we also feel exhausted. Do we experience any more emotions during the process? Of course. If we are heading to a gym sometimes we feel a bit of anxiety. We worry about how we will look compared to others. We also worry that maybe we are using a piece of equipment the wrong way. We don't want to look stupid.

Just know there are plenty of people there to help you. All you have to do is ask. From the staff members to maybe someone else who is there to work out. This is a great way to make a friend as well. Nothing bonds people together more than figuring out something together.

Once we are getting the workout going we experience a lot of different emotions. We feel happy. I mean we are accomplishing something and even if we know that tomorrow we are going to hurt we know it will all be worth it.

We also feel the excitement of actually getting the workout started. We think how all this hard work is going to pay off in the long run. We picture that new bathing suit next summer. All of our hopes and dreams are right there in front of us.

The number one emotion we experience, though, is determination. We are determined to stick with it. We are determined to reach our goals. We know that the first step is to just showing up. Everything else can be accomplished just by showing up.
