806 Health Tip: Worrying Too Much Has Bad Effects on The Body
I have a hard time sleeping. Do you? I find that my mind is working overtime. Most of the time it's worrying over stuff it can't control.
Do you feel that way too? I mean if it's not that then I am thinking through stuff I need to get done at work. Again worrying about stuff I can't control just right then. Why do we do this? Is this normal?
I know I miss out on a lot of sleep because of this. There was a new survey done and if this sounds like you then you are not alone. A whopping 55% of Americans worry on a regular basis. Oh and this is worrying about stuff we just can't do anything about.
When asked how often do you find yourself worrying about things you can't control, do you know what that answer was? Very Often and somewhat often was answered by 55%....35% said not very often....7% claimed that they never do.....and 3% didn't answer.
Is it surprising that 62% of women said that they do compared to 47% of men.
This same survey asked people what they stress about the most. What kept them up at night the most. It turns out we worry about a lot of things. We worry about mental health issues, we worry about family relationships.....we also worry about our romantic relationships.....and our diet and exercise. What do you think we worry about the most? If you would guess that finances make us worry the most, you would be correct.
