806 Health Tip: Here is How You Start Your Day Off Right
Can you actually wake up on the right side of the bed? Or the wrong? Is that even a thing.
We know that when we get up our day is going to go one of two ways. Is there a way to ensure that it ends up being a great day. I mean if you could follow a tried and true method, would you?
Do you think that if you do certain things in the morning it helps you start the day off right? According to a survey of 2,000 Americans there sure are some things we can do that help us on the way.
According to the poll here are some of the things you should try to do each day. Start off by eating a light breakfast, nothing too heavy. Our bodies get fuel (like gas for a car) by starting the morning off with food. Mom was always right on this. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
You should listen to music while you are getting ready, or at least in the car. Have you noticed if you hear your favorite song in the morning it really starts your day off great. If you can dance, move and smile in the morning you are well on your way.
Starting your day off great and definitely awake starts with a shower. A shower will help pep you up and get you out the door in style. So if you can save your shower for in the morning.
I can't stress how important this is...but get enough sleep! I mean it's tough to have a good day if you are all groggy from the night before. So do what you can to get to bed at a decent time.
The number one thing that helps a lot of people with the start of their day is a nice strong cup of coffee. If you don't necessarily drink coffee you can kick start your day with tea. Just that nice warm caffeine boost can really make a difference in your start of the day.
