You get out of the shower and the first thing you do is dry off. What is the second thing you do? Do you hang the towel up? Do you throw it on the floor? Do you throw it in the wash?
Swearing is a part of life. You definitely need to know your surroundings in order to stay out of trouble. It may not sound very professional but it happens. Swearing has become more and more acceptable though.
We have all been there. We start off with huge goals. Whether it is in the beginning of the year with New Years Resolutions or it's the beginning of a weight loss challenge. We start off so great and then as the time goes on we lose hope and we lose focus.
Do you find your mornings really stressful? I mean I can only imagine between worrying about what your day has in store for you. You have to also add in the stress of having the kiddos and hoping they are ready.
We know what the term hangry means, right? We know that we get so hungry that our anger comes out. That is when we know that we need to get some food and pronto. It really is a thing.
Of course we are coming off of what has to be the most stressful year ever. Even if you managed to make it through with your job we all still had things that stressed us out. We worried about us or a family member getting sick.
How good does it feel to accomplish the goals that you set out for yourself? Being able to check off an item or two really helps you to feel more optimistic about anything else you may have on your list of goals.
We have just come off of a banner year. I mean that pretty sarcastically. The year 2020 ended up being nothing like we expected when we rung in the New Year. We never thought a pandemic was going to hit.
I love naps. I love to rest. Nothing screams a great day for me than those days I don't have really anything to do so I can rest. It really helps me to recharge. I do love going out to Bubba's 33, X Steakhouse or Cask and Cork with my friends. I love those days too but I still need a day to myself.
The good news is that 2020 is finally behind us. That has made a lot of us happier. I know that doesn't magically make everything disappear. We still have hurdles ahead of us but I feel that things are going to get better.
If the one thing we learned in 2020 is that we can not wash our hands enough. We also learned how to keep things cleaner than we have ever done before. We learned how to wash things down on a daily basis.
I know that going for a walk with your dog is by far a healthy thing for you to do for yourself; but it is also great for your dog. You both get to go outside in the environment. You both get some much needed exercise.
