So you strive to be healthy. I mean you have a bad meal every once in a while. You do not let that break you. You know tomorrow is a new day!

So you want to know if you are really as healthy as you think you are? I mean you can go to the doctor and have a bunch of expensive tests done. I mean you really can if you want. There, though, is an easier way to figure out the answer.

Are you healthy? Well drop right now and give me 40! Yes, give me 40 push-ups. Yes I am serious. If you can accomplish that goal then you are healthier than you think.

This all according to a study out of Harvard. The best way to find out if your heart is healthy or not is whether you can knock out at least 40 push-ups in a row.

Yep, that is it! If you can, your odds of a heart attack, stroke, or even heart disease gets lowered by 96%.

How is that possible? Well apparently this test works because your ability to do push-ups is really the best marker of your overall general physical fitness.

So when you have a few minutes drop and do some push-ups. See how many you can do. If you can already do 40 well then great! If you can't that is ok. Just practice, practice, practice. You can do it and push yourself to a happier and healthier lifestyle.
